Try and eat salty crackers in the morning and eat several smaller meals instead of one but large to get rid of nausea.

Spotting. Spotting is a very common sign of pregnancy. As many soon-to-be moms witness, they experience spotting a short period before the other symptoms. However, be careful with this. If you know that you are pregnant and you experience spotting, consult with your doctor as soon as possible as spotting can also indicate the miscarriage in early pregnancy.

Heartburn. Heartburn is usually caused by hormonal changes in a woman's body during the first 4 months of pregnancy. After the 5th month it can be the baby who causes pressure on a pregnant woman's organs. Eat less and more frequent and stay in an vertical position within at least an hour after eating. This should help.
